Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexander Scherer, Scharfland 75, 48683 Ahaus, Germany, e-mail: info@schealex.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Lapse of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content and Services (§ 356 (5) BGB)

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium or for the provision of digital services, once the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

1. expressly agreed that the trader begins performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, AND

2. acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

This consent and acknowledgement are obtained during the paid order process at /subscribe: by ticking the corresponding checkbox before the 'Subscribe (payment required)' button, you declare your agreement and confirm the loss of your right of withdrawal upon commencement of service. By clicking that button with consent given, your right of withdrawal therefore lapses immediately.
